Estill County Situation Table

Mercy Health — Marcum and Wallace Hospital recently hosted a two-day Situation Table training, bringing together more than 25 local leaders, service providers, and public safety partners from across Estill County.

The Situation Table is a collaborative, rapid-response model that helps agencies work together to support individuals and families facing acutely elevated risk, connecting them with the right resources before crises escalate.

We’re proud to share that Estill County’s Situation Table is now meeting weekly, making us the 14th community in Kentucky to implement this model. Through this partnership, local agencies are breaking down silos and working together to improve safety, health, and well-being in our community.
